Changes and Rescheduling
If you need to change the date or reschedule your experience, you can write to us at reservas@blauvariant.com or contact us at +54 261 6204904.
Modification requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the tour departure.
In some cases, to ensure your safety and provide you with the best possible experience, Blau Variant may adjust the order of the itinerary or modify part of the route.
For High Mountain tours and Uspallata through Villavicencio, certain high-altitude areas may not be accessible due to weather conditions or regulations from Road Authorities and Gendarmerie. If this happens, the tour will still take place, with its duration and route adapted according to what is allowed. Please note that even in these circumstances, no refunds will be issued.
Pick-up and Drop-off Policy
To ensure your experience starts in the best way, we kindly ask you to be on time at the agreed pick-up location. The maximum waiting time is 5 minutes.
If you are not at the meeting point at the scheduled time, unfortunately, the excursion will be missed without the right to a refund. For this reason, we recommend arriving a few minutes earlier to avoid any inconvenience.
Please note that, due to operational reasons of the route, the pick-up time may be delayed by 30 to 45 minutes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Our rates already include taxes, so you have clarity from the very beginning. Please note that prices may change without prior notice if service costs are modified.
Rates
- Children under 3 years old: No charge for any service. No seat or additional services included.
- From 3 to 17 years old: Full rate applies (100%).
